EXPERIENCE, EXPERTISE & EMPATHY

Julia has been Certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2010, starting her training career at Yale University Athletics. She moved on to Pilates & Group Fitness Instructor, Master Level Trainer & Fitness Director of a large, private health club facility on the Shoreline of Connecticut, serving members and clients for over 12 years. 


The onset of the Covid-19 pandemic closed the gym, which necessitated a new and innovative way to reach clients at home:  live, private, virtual training sessions online, using video conferencing. 


This platform has delivered outstanding results for client and trainer alike, allowing a relocation from the Northeast to the central coast of California in 2021. Virtual training has evolved into the most effective way to reach and teach clients, and to help them develop permanent lifestyle changes... in ways that were never possible. 


Virtual training is a game changer. But it takes a very special skill set, relentless tenacity, and unrivaled passion to make it work.
